Finally Obama has come to his senses. Ever since Clinton dropped out of the race (and probably before) I have been making the case that Biden would be the perfect V.P. While the media was running with the idea that Clinton supporters would sit this election out or vote for McCain rather than Obama, I knew and said that it was just a matter of giving the Clinton backers some time to come to their senses..I was right. I knew Biden was perfect.Think about it, He brings to the table the areas where Obama is lacking, and it took a lot for Obama to admit he wasn’t strong on Foreign Policy by selecting Biden (something he wouldn’t even admit when McCain was heckling him over it.) But in the end I’m glad it turned out the way it did, with an Obama/Biden ticket I’m even more pumped. You know what would be even better that this? If McCain selected Lieberman as his V.P. because then we could use the “Republicans have this country so deep in it that even McCain decided to run with a Democrat.” And you know that would stick.
In other news, since I last wrote I have been working at Office Max. It’s nothing great but money is money. I let registration slip my mind so as a result I will not be attending any classes this fall. But that’s ok because I plan to keep myself busy with a trip to New Mexico, the inevitable task of getting my license, and starting my own business…a business that isn’t really a business because its going to end up costing me money instead of earning me money, but more about that later.
I gotta go to sleep, Peace!
